眼根 + 色塵 + 識陰 -----> 眼觸 -----> 生起眼識(看到影像的知覺)
耳根 + 聲塵 + 識陰 -----> 耳觸 -----> 生起耳識(聽到聲音的知覺)
鼻根 + 香塵 + 識陰 -----> 鼻觸 -----> 生起鼻識(聞到氣味的知覺)
舌根 + 味塵 + 識陰 -----> 舌觸 -----> 生起舌識(嚐到味道的知覺)
身根 + 觸塵 + 識陰 -----> 身觸 -----> 生起身識(觸到身體的知覺)
意根 + 法塵 + 識陰 -----> 意觸 -----> 生起意識(知道心理活動的知覺)
法塵:各種精神(心理)活動的現象,
也就是各種(受、想、行、識)活動作用的現象。
意識:知道心理活動的知覺,
也就是知道各種「受陰(情緒感受)、想陰(思惟理解)、行陰(動機意志)、識陰(六識感知)」活動作用的知覺。

Dependent on the eye & forms there arises consciousness at the eye.
(眼.色緣生眼識)
The meeting of the three is contact. (三事和合觸)
With contact as a requisite condition there is feeling. (觸生受)
With feeling as a requisite condition there is craving. (受生愛)
(2)
Dependent on the ear & sounds there arises consciousness at the ear.
(耳.聲緣生耳識)
The meeting of the three is contact. (三事和合觸)
With contact as a requisite condition there is feeling. (觸生受)
With feeling as a requisite condition there is craving. (受生愛)
(3)
Dependent on the nose & aromas there arises consciousness at the nose.
(鼻.香緣生鼻識)
The meeting of the three is contact. (三事和合觸)
With contact as a requisite condition there is feeling. (觸生受)

Dependent on the tongue & flavors there arises consciousness at the tongue.
